Pain Therapy

At Feel Good Therapy physical pain is dealt with either directly through a variety of manipulative hands on techniques that include trigger point and myofascial release or through resistance work or assisted mobility and flexibility work.

What you might need is determined by assessment, treatment and re-assessment, until the pain is either eliminated or at the point of successful management. As treatments progress you will get an idea of your increased range of motion and your improved strength and flexibility. The aim at Feel Good Therapy is to get you Feeling Good as quickly as your body will allow, given its own unique problems.

Clinic times are currently on Tuesdays and Fridays and Saturday mornings.
