I cannot rate Shehnaz highly enough. I’ve always struggled with anxiety and through Shehnaz’s yoga classes, I have been able to tune in with myself and gain confidence which I have really appreciated.

I wanted to write about my experience with Shehnaz. When I first came to her I suffered with pains in my shoulders and my back . Within three sessions she made the pain so much better for me and her yoga made the progress of the pain relief so much quicker. I feel more strong and flexible and I’m thankful. She made me feel at ease straight away, with such a lovely personality and a calming environment in her studio. Her energy is healing.

Shehnaz’s massage skills are peerless. She helped me immensely with a shoulder issue that I had, giving me much more movement.

Re Scar treatment

Last year I had two minor surgery procedures conducted at doctor’s surgery.  At the time it was pointed out I should expect to be left with scar tissue.

After the healing of procedures and stitches taken out, I was left with very dark purple effect scars that were very unsightly and on the surface where very rough on touch.  Even several months later the purple had not disappeared and were so unsightly I felt so disappointed of the result and ashamed of the area.  The healing was so poor there was the physiological effect of knowing they were there for ever.  Also to keep in mind during the summer months they would be visible too.

I consulted Shehnaz about manual lymphatic drainage massage (MLD) and I understood the opportunity to change the appearance was certainly the best option.

Over the sessions of treatment the scars have completely lost the purple effect and now appear the colour of skin.  Furthermore the smoothness of skin has returned.  By touch of the skin it would not be apparent where the scar tissue is.

From my wellbeing and general thoughts over the scars they certainly are not the issue they were.  I didn’t feel like hiding the vastly improved areas when on holiday this year.  I feel the treatment changed how I felt about them and I would not feel I was ashamed of them.

Things I kept in mind for the treatment that nothing is impossible however, sometimes it takes several treatments to reach the desired result.  This is a small price to pay when considering how I felt before any treatment and its lifetime lasting results.  It is so amazing what has been achieved.
